Homeschool S.L.A.M. sessions allow homeschoolers to receive a hands-on classroom experience as a form of supplemental education. Within each lesson, students will investigate, design, test, create, and collaborate to accomplish goals, earning a certificate of completion at the end of a module as proof of their growing knowledge in STEAM subjects.

All registration must take place online at least 24 hours before the start of class. No walk-ins will be accepted.

Ocean Conservation

Together we will investigate the animals that live in the waters around Florida. We’ll build model ocean habitats; collect, test, and compare actual water samples from various local sources; and learn how we study the animals of the ocean. We’ll also learn about the impacts that humans have on the oceans and various organizations working to preserve our oceans and keystone species in Northeast Florida.
