BOOK A FIELD TRIP!
An Education Program Contract will be emailed upon completion of the registration process. Please note that this is not a finalized reservation. You will be contacted for further information. Groups must book at least 30 days in advance. A $50 deposit (cash, check or credit care) is required no later than 2 weeks after the reservation is finalized and the Education Contract is sent via email. Deposits are applied to the total cost of your field trip and are refundable with notice of cancellation no less than 30 days prior to your visit*. Upon arrival, we will collect payment for the amount of students and chaperones in attendance.
*Cancellations must be made in writing to the Museum Reservationist 30 days prior to your scheduled program date. Groups that cancel programs with less than 30 days’ notice will forfeit their deposit or the Duval County PrePaid hours that were scheduled.
How much does it cost to come on a field trip to MOSH?
Field trip prices are $5 per student and chaperone for admission to the Museum which includes access to exhibits.

What time are programs available?
Is there a minimum number of people required to book a field trip?
The maximum number of people allowed in the classrooms cannot be exceeded. Please ask the Education Programs Coordinator about maximum classroom capacity when making a reservation. Teachers are responsible for making sure this number is not exceeded on the day of your scheduled visit. Please have a final count of students, teachers and chaperones upon arrival.
