Silver Space Series: 55 Years Since Once Small Step

Jul 17 at 9:00 am – 12:30 pm

Explore space at your own pace with a morning created for Seniors (55+ only)! Embark on amazing voyages focused on topics in space science through live-narrated programs in the Bryan-Gooding Planetarium with Director Eddie Whisler.

55 Years Since Once Small Step

Celebrate the 55th anniversary of the Moon landing as we explore the Moon’s origins and its nature, given what we’ve learned because of (and since) those historic first steps.  Amazing demonstrations, historic archival video, and full planetarium immersion will be woven together to tell one of the greatest stories of our celestial next-door neighbor.
